
This client needed help coordinating a product launch with a funnel using an omnichannel commerce business model. We ran product meetings with their team and optimized a process for collecting email addresses via a rewards program for their Shopify store.
This client had the goal of creating an inner community in the beauty industry that brings the optics of wellness into the forefront of product design and marketing.
As omnichannel eCommerce becomes more prevalent, only some sales channels available to a Shopify store allow product descriptions to be shown in full detail. Adding relevant copy to your product images helps for quicker purchases. The team needed to launch a skincare and at-home spa equipment line that caters to the growing trend of conscious consumers to learn more about what makes them buy.
We grew our client’s at-home spa equipment sales by using the angle of treating fluid retention and lymphatic drainage symptoms to consumers during the pandemic to increase sales.

We conducted a strategy for the client to help them launch their brand, product, and Shopify store with quarterly follow-ups.

We handled everything from SEO, copywriting, product descriptions, design, email marketing, and rewards setup.

We built a Shopify store that featured signature at-home spa equipment with complementary skincare products to enhance the performance of the at-home spa equipment.
We launched monthly online sales with Klaviyo and Smile Rewards and quarterly pop-up shops using Shopify POS .

We learned that the intended target market’s customer acquisition rate would be more efficient by focusing instead on marketing the product line to estheticians for wholesale orders instead of targeting the average consumer. By utilizing the estheticians to do the heavy lifting by selling the at-home spa equipment to their clients, building revenue by leveraging the unique customer relationship between an esthetician and client.
